Landscape maintenance experience from commercial, residential, or golf course work. Previous job experiences will be inquired about when filling out a job application.
Ability to work with and set the day’s pace for other crew members.
Some knowledge in plant & turf id. Additional training available.
Strong work ethic with pride taken in work. Minimum 40 hours work per week.
Ability to perform outside manual labor.
Ability to operate mowers and handheld equipment.
Upon being hired, the job will require….work hours – 6:45am arrival time up to 5:30pm , 4 – 10 hour work days (w/ 30 min. lunch break) Monday thru Thursday, Friday work used as a makeup day
Hourly pay based on job experiences & abilities. Time & half paid for any hours over 40 hours.
Paid Holidays – January 1st, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas *Holiday pay is available 3 months after hire date
Paid Vacation – 40 hrs year 1, 60 hours year 2, 80 hours year 3 & beyond *the 1st year’s vacation is available 6 months after hire date
